Previously, I didn't have NDK_TOOLCHAIN_VERSION variable set in my Application.mk and everything was working ok.
In 10.3.1 I had to explicitly set the variable, otherwise I'm getting the following error:
/opt/crystax-ndk-10.3.1/build/core/prebuilt-library.mk:45: *** Android NDK: Aborting . Stop.
