Description

Building NDK build test: issue64679-prctl
## COMMAND: ./build.sh -j4 -B
ERROR: Can't compile header /tmp/crystaxndk-ndk/argon.crystax.net-b101/android-ndk-dev/platforms/android-L/arch-arm/usr/include/GLES2/gl2ext.h alone.
To reproduce: /tmp/crystaxndk-ndk/argon.crystax.net-b101/android-ndk-dev/ndk-build -B APP_CFLAGS=-DHEADER="\" APP_PLATFORM=android-L APP_ABI=armeabi
