Disable polly because /Users/zuav/src/google/ndk/toolchain/llvm-3.4/polly doesn't exist

Not bug really.
For Linux/Window llvm is built without --with-polly option.
For OSX polly is disabled explicitly in build-llvm.sh (line 177).
